    The principle of the pneumatic ceramic feed valve is: when the air source enters from the upper air inlet, the valve stem drives the valve plate to move downward, and the valve closes. When the air source enters from the lower air inlet, the valve stem drives the valve plate to move upward, and the valve opens. A spring is loaded between the valve plate and the valve seat, and the spring force always presses the valve plate to the valve seat to ensure the sealing of the valve, and allows the valve plate to move vertically up and down, which helps to compensate the thermal expansion and contraction of the valve parts, and It can overcome the effect of any back pressure change on the seal and prevent particulate media from entering between the two sealing surfaces.     Installation and use points


    1. Read this instruction carefully before installation, and check the valve model, diameter and technical parameters.


    2. It is strictly forbidden to weld the flange after installing the valve, so as not to damage the valve sealing ring. The valve installation distance reserved by the pipeline should be appropriate, and gaskets should be added on both sides of the flange.


    3.
